INITIAL ORGANIZER

Keith E. Mitchell started laboring on the RETURN vision in Houston, Texas 2005. The mission of RETURN continued through 2007.  From 2007 to 2010 Keith lived in the Maryland and DC area where UFO (United Family Organizations) was launched by Keith to encourage family and community unity.  While working at the World Bank in DC, Keith also worked with  100 Fathers, and other DC and Maryland grassroot organizations forming an urban coalition to exercise the power of unity within our communities to address the social, economic, education, and political inequalities of the disenfranchised. Keith moved to Indiana in 2010 where he currently resides. Upon arriving in Indiana Keith immediately got active in the local Urban League, NAACP and other local urban organizations working to improve and empower the urban communities. In 2012 Keith started a local news show UCAN (Urban Community Action News) to encourage  positive dialogue and images within the urban communities. In 2014 RETURN O, Inc. received  tax exempt status and began its mission to empower individuals with education and training of unity and working together to restore, develop, and sustain our urban communities from within.  Keith is the Founder and CEO of RETURN O, Inc.  RETURN is currently committed to its Restoration 2020 project and working with other organizations and individuals to achieve the vision and goals of its restoration mission.
